The KinderTrack CARE Coordinator is here to assist families in securing, coordinating and monitoring early intervention services. After you complete the ASQ screener, the CARE Coordinator will review your results and put together a packet unique to your child. You will receive your packet by mail within two weeks, which is filled with your results, information and resources best fit to help your child. Also included in the packet will be fun activities for parents and children to do together.
If questionnaire results indicate your child is developing with no concerns, you will receive the results and suggested developmental activities to continue encouraging your child’s development. If the questionnaire results show any concerns, the CARE Coordinator will work with you to decide what kind of programs will best meet your child’s needs.
